These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital products made available by Soowooz (“Soowooz,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, creating an account, or accessing your download/portal, you agree to these Terms.

- We sell to both consumers (B2C) and businesses (B2B).
- Store language: English.
- Prices shown in EUR on the storefront; checkout supports multiple currencies.
3) What you’re buying
- Products: Downloadable software products and access to a private portal containing automation workflows and related digital materials (the “Products”).
- Delivery: Instant access delivered automatically after successful payment. You may receive credentials or a secure link by email.
- Updates: The portal is continuously updated; new workflows and improvements are added on an ongoing basis.
4) Licences and usage rights (PLR/MRR)
- Licence grant: Unless otherwise stated on the product page, purchases include both Private Label Rights (PLR) and Master Resale Rights (MRR). You may rebrand, modify, package, and resell the Products, and you may keep 100% of the revenue. No attribution required.
- Commercial use: Permitted for your own projects and for client work. No seat limits, usage caps, or API-call caps imposed by Soowooz.
- Basic legality: You must use the Products lawfully and in compliance with applicable laws and third‑party terms (e.g., email/SMS anti‑spam, data protection, platform terms).
- No account sharing: Access credentials are personal to the purchaser and must not be shared.
- Third‑party services: Some workflows may integrate with external services/APIs that require separate accounts, fees, and compliance with those providers’ terms.
Note: You indicated “no exclusions.” The above are standard legal boundaries to avoid unlawful or abusive use, while preserving broad PLR/MRR freedoms.
5) Orders, pricing, and taxes
- Pricing: Prices on product pages are VAT‑inclusive where VAT applies.
- Taxes: VAT is charged where required by law. If you need a tax invoice, request one via the contact form.
- Payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (availability varies by region).
- One‑time fees: No subscriptions unless clearly stated on a product page.
6) Access, availability, and uptime
- Access method: Delivery via secure portal or download link, issued automatically after payment.
- Uptime: We target 24/7 availability. If there is a service interruption, you consent to receive an email from soowooz.com with a renewed access link for the product or the licence you purchased.
- No geo‑restriction: We do not intentionally block access by geography.
7) Support and custom services
- Standard support: Contact us via https://soowooz.com/contact/. We respond as soon as reasonably possible during business days (Luxembourg time).
- Custom work: “Done‑for‑you” customization is available on request via the same contact form and may be subject to separate terms and pricing.
8) Right of withdrawal (EU) and refunds
- Instant digital delivery: By purchasing, you request and consent to immediate delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. You acknowledge that once delivery begins, you lose the statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
- Store guarantee (goodwill): We additionally offer a 7‑day money‑back guarantee from the date of purchase if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, contact us via the form at https://soowooz.com/contact/ within 7 calendar days, including your order number. We may ask you to confirm deletion of any copies/licences before processing the refund.
- Exceptions: Bespoke services (e.g., custom implementation) may have different terms if stated on the relevant order page.
9) Chargebacks and payment security
- Fraud screening: Payments are processed by Stripe/PayPal and may be declined or flagged for fraud. We reserve the right to hold, refuse, or cancel any order pending verification.
- Chargebacks: Before opening a payment dispute, please contact us so we can resolve issues promptly. Unfounded or abusive chargebacks may lead to access suspension.
10) Fair use and account rules
- One purchaser = one user account. Do not share credentials or mass‑distribute portal links.
- We may monitor for unusual access patterns (e.g., excessive concurrent logins) to prevent abuse.
- We may suspend or terminate access for: credential sharing, fraud, unlawful use, platform/API abuse, or violations of these Terms.
11) Intellectual property
- Ownership: Except for rights expressly granted under PLR/MRR, all intellectual property in the Products and the website remains with Soowooz or its licensors.
- Your rebranding: Under PLR, you may remove Soowooz branding from the Products you resell. You are responsible for any claims arising from your rebranded versions and marketing.
- Third‑party IP: You stated none is included. If you add any third‑party assets when you rebrand, you are responsible for obtaining the appropriate rights.
12) Third‑party platforms and APIs
- No guarantees regarding third‑party services. Workflows may rely on external APIs or platforms that can change, rate‑limit, or discontinue features at any time. You are responsible for any third‑party fees and compliance with their terms.
13) Disclaimers
- “As‑is”: Products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
- No promise of fitness: We do not warrant that any workflow will meet your specific needs, produce particular business results, or operate uninterrupted or error‑free.
- Limitations acknowledged by buyer: You acknowledge that workflows may have limitations for your specific environment, and that not all workflows may be fully functional in every setup without configuration or third‑party accounts.
14) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption.
- Aggregate cap: Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.
- Mandatory rights: Nothing excludes liability where it cannot be limited by law (e.g., fraud, death/personal injury caused by negligence).gligence).
15) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Soowooz harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from: (a) your unlawful use of the Products; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your rebranded/resold versions and related marketing.
16) Privacy and data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://soowooz.com/privacy-policy/. You are responsible for compliance when deploying workflows (e.g., consents, notices, data subject rights).
17) Changes to the Products and the site
We may update, add, or remove features or content at any time (for example, to maintain compatibility with third‑party APIs). Material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonable.
18) Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice (e.g., via the site or email) before the new Terms take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Note: You answered with a refund policy in this slot; I’ve set the notice period to 14 days as a best‑practice default.
19) Dispute resolution
- Mediation first: In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve the matter through good‑faith negotiations and mediation.
- Courts: If unresolved within 30 days after mediation is requested (or another agreed period), disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Luxembourg City, Luxembourg, applying Luxembourg law.

20) Severability and assignment
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent. We may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale.
21) Entire agreement
These Terms, together with any product‑specific terms and your order confirmation, form the entire agreement between you and Soowooz regarding your purchase.
